Energetic Coherence Session $180
Coaching, Frequency Healing.
A 45-minute Zoom session where we work with your higher self to support clarity, alignment, and energetic coherence. Sessions include conversation, guided energy healing meditation and somatic awareness to help you connect with your inner guidance. Together, we bring awareness to patterns, emotions, or energetic blocks that may be creating confusion or stagnation, allowing things to shift so clarity, self trust, and forward movement can return naturally.
If your familiar with Reiki or other forms of energy work, this session may feel similar, with added focus on insight, clarity, empowerment, and integration.

4 Session Container- $800
This is for clients ready for major shifts.
If you’re moving through a transition, breaking patterns, or stepping into a new level of your life, this container gives us the space to go deeper than a single session.
Over 4-6 weeks, we”ll work closely together through four 45 minute Zoom sessions. This allows for integration, accountability, and real change over time.
You’ll also have access to email support with Patricia twice a week for guidance, reflections, or anything that comes up between sessions. This is a more supported intentional way to work together. This is for those ready to move through what’s been stuck and fully step into their next level of power, visibility, and self trust.
